update 5.3

- added Moe and balance changes from the Spongebob update

This update is mostly some technical changes that dont't affect the player. But the game's code is much better now thanks to our new developer so maybe it will load faster or something. There is a chance that everyone will lose their winstreaks (oops) in that case we'll just go back to the older version!
